1.3 Required Permissions: Camera, gallery, storage, and network permissions—these are essential for core features including Schulte Grid, image memory, posture recognition, and local data storage.

2. Information We Collect and Collection Scenarios

2.1 Account Login Information (Registration/Login Scenarios)

• Phone number and SMS verification code: Used for account registration, login, identity verification, and account recovery. This is essential for basic services.

2.2 Information Required for Functional Services (Training Module Scenarios)

• Camera Permission: Only invoked when you actively enable posture recognition. Live footage is analyzed locally in real time—raw video is never uploaded; only posture analysis results are uploaded for training records.
• Gallery Storage Permission: Used to save training screenshots and local training records. Gallery is only accessed when you actively save images.
• Local Storage: Saves training level progress, badge data, and local settings. Data is stored only on your device.

2.3 Automatically Collected Log Information (Experience Optimization)

• Basic device identifiers, operation behavior, training duration, and API access logs. Used to count training frequency, fix bugs, and optimize performance. Not linked to your real identity.

2.4 Non-Essential Information: We do not actively collect unrelated permission information such as location, contacts, microphone, or biometric data, nor do we request personal information unrelated to focus training.

3. Rules for Using Information

3.1 All collected information is used solely for the following purposes and no other:

• Provide six core training features: Schulte Grid, short-term image memory, graphic pairing decoding, spot-the-difference, Pomodoro focus timer, and visual posture recognition;
• Save training level progress, honor badges, and practice data to record your focus training history;
• Ensure secure account login, detect abnormal login, and prevent account theft;
• Fix app bugs, optimize performance, and analyze product usage;
• Fulfill legal obligations regarding information retention.

3.2 Without your separate, active authorization, we will never use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy, nor for marketing pushes or third-party ad profiling.

4. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

4.1 We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may only be lawfully shared in the following limited scenarios:

• Shared with specified third parties after obtaining your written or popup-confirmed authorization;
• Requested by public security, courts, or regulatory authorities via official legal documents;
• To protect legitimate rights of you, the platform, or the public—handling urgent risks such as account theft or malicious operations.

4.2 If we engage third-party service providers for technical support (cloud storage, API services), we will sign strict data confidentiality agreements, limiting third parties to use data only for contracted services and prohibiting unauthorized retention or reuse of user information.

5. Personal Information Security Measures

5.1 The server uses industry-standard encryption technologies to transmit and store user data, including encrypted API transmission, desensitized storage of sensitive database information, and hierarchical access control to prevent information leakage, tampering, or loss.

5.2 Live camera footage is analyzed locally on the device only. Raw video streams are not uploaded to the cloud long-term, maximizing privacy protection.

5.3 Internet transmission cannot be 100% absolutely secure. Please keep your account password safe and do not share login verification codes with others. If you detect any account abnormalities, please contact customer service promptly.

6. Your Rights Over Personal Information

6.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion: You can view and clear local training records in the App under "Settings - Privacy Center". To delete cloud account data, please contact customer service to submit a request.

6.2 Permission Revocation: You can disable camera, gallery, and storage permissions in your device system settings at any time. After disabling, corresponding features such as posture recognition and image saving will become unavailable, but pure mental training modules remain unaffected.

6.3 Account Cancellation: You can submit an account cancellation request within the App. After cancellation, all cloud-stored data for that account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6.4 Inquiries and Complaints: For any questions regarding privacy information, please use the customer service channel within the App.

7. Use by Minors

This App is designed for users of all ages. If you are under 18, a guardian must read and agree to this Policy. Guardians may assist with permission management and viewing training records. We do not actively collect additional privacy information from minors nor send marketing content.

8. Policy Amendments and Updates

8.1 In the event of legal updates or product feature iterations, we will revise this Privacy Policy as appropriate. Revised policies will be announced in the App and simultaneously published on our official website. Updated versions take effect automatically.

8.2 By continuing to use this App after an update, you acknowledge and agree to the revised policy. If you do not accept the updated terms, please stop using the App and cancel your account.
